Meet the Team

  • Jessica Rice, LPC

    CLINICIAN

If you're struggling with situational stressors or old wounds that you've kept buried, therapy may be the beginning of the healing process for you. Reaching out for help can be very overwhelming at times. Therapy is about identifying strengths, changing behaviors that aren't working for us, and striving for happiness and fulfillment. It's about learning how to help yourself.

I've been a therapist for over 10 years. I've had the privilege of treating individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, addiction, PTSD, and parenting and post-partum concerns.

I am a laid-back and compassionate therapist who enjoys incorporating humor into sessions as it can be very therapeutic. I offer a calm and non-judgmental space for you to explore and share your concerns. I look forward to meeting with you and accompanying you on your journey!
