I had become frustrated by the way science and most professionals looked at mental health; as if the brain sits protected, and completely unimpacted by the rest of the body. I have always seen mental health as being much more than just addressing symptoms with labels from a book.

We will meet each person we help where you need us to meet you; as an individual person - not as a medical diagnosis.
